Hi Maurice, <<Off for a walk in 3D to see if the city is still there>> ... slow Friday here as well, following a tepid Thursday, to be tailed by tranquil Saturday (Dragon Boat day).

Just had a pizza with my buddy the CIO - managed to alarm him sufficiently.

I am heading home at 2:00pm, to swim, read, listen to music, dream, happy hour at Stanley open air bars along ocean, dinner, wait for collapse, watch a DVD documentary on the Crusades, and dream some more.

<<I know you REALLY would prefer to point out the non-magnetic nature of Au in Aztec form...>>

You are wrong, because I am rarely that obvious, due to my lack of imagination:0)

<<It just struck me that the list also applied to the USA>>

The similarities are coincidental, not by design, and not altogether obvious to me;0)

<<Malevolence always seems so much worse than natural destruction - partly because of the promise of more to come with will behind it>> and because it is worse, in fact.

<<I'm loaded down with fiat pixels ... hope the magnets on Uncle Al's computer don't demagnetize my pixels with accidental reverse polarity or anything silly like that>>

You are probably correct on nothing silly like that will take place. The computer screen is manufactured in China, and it will simply blowup when the trade dollar fails to recycle at sufficent speed with required quantity, or something equally silly like that.

Chugs, Jay
