Jay, Tokyo earthquake a fizzer. Civil engineers and financial engineers can avoid damage from minor tremors like that. It could bring down any number of adobe huts in Afghanistan.

It'll take big stuff to bowl Tokyo or Uncle Al's financial system. I'm surprised that things have gone as well as they have subsequent to the large scale telecosmic financial failure of Y2K. I'm forever indebted to our idol Uncle Al for holding the line as the irrationally exuberant suffered sudden wealth syndrome then acclimatized to sudden poverty syndrome.
