Seems like and overreaction to the car bombing, and I may get long after the open. I am long CSCO overnight and forgot I was also short MSFT. I covered on the Gates selling shares news when it dipped (and it's down a bit more) becuase this is old news, about 2 days old.

I would look for the market to head up soon after the open, except the thing is this blows out all support. There could be a 50% retracement when it bottoms after open, but of course in this market can just keep going down.
