Hi BVH. I was looking for a Warka/Discount Bobs thread and found yours. Do you have a contact for the company to obtain more information? I phoned the number listed on Canada Stockwatch (1-403-269-6718) but they are no longer there. I'm an Alberta boy that loves golf so this one caught my attention back on June 18 when the news came out and the stock jumped from its shell price of 0.20-0.40 to over 1.57 in a couple of days trading. I am interested in how many shares are issued and fully diluted. I noticed from the June 17 release that 9.7 million new shares were issued for the 4 Alta Discount Bobs that were aquired. Do you have any idea how much share dilution is ahead if they continue to aquire 20+ stores? el PS - your post on July 13 was perfect timing as the stock jumped 47% today (July 14) to 2.95 on 212K shares. Was this in response to the July 10 release that the company is acquiring the Discount Bobs master franchise for areas in Canada east of Manitoba?
