Delighted, you're #1 to respond, so your input gets special weight. Talked my friend Dave F. today and he'll find out about charter sailboats - just in case we need them. Now, we normally sail on the Bay, not in the marina.<G> But - we could make it a 2 day weekend outing from, say Alameda, to Benicia. Barbecue on the boats in the marina, then return to Alameda the second day. This may be a little far to go, especially for first timers and for those who can't bear to be without SI that long. So all those interested let me know if you want a one or two day outing. Either way, I've done it before. GM
