Yes, 24 hours it is. According to the interviews with murderers of children, they murder their victims within 24 hours after they abduct them.

Very chilling thought........

Remember Polly Klaas? The trooper stopped her murderer in his truck within that 24 hour period, he admitted later on that Polly was still alive then, he killed her not too long after that.
