Mr. Lozman claims that Mr. Elgindy didn't spend forty grand on the refugees. Mr. Eightyeight claims in the public domain that Mr. Elgindy did spend forty grand on the refugees. He knows this because he "was with the same people in Skopje a couple weeks after A@P left...."

The amount and the distribution of funds seem to be up for dispute. This may be something that the government will investigate given the current scrutiny of humanitarian organizations.

Does Mr. Lozman know how Mr. Elgindy was introduced to Mr. Hoti, the former defense attorney for KLA members?

I presume that a country such as this does not have a legal precept such as Miranda.

I wonder if the government pays for the defense attorney if the defendant can't afford one.

Does anyone know why Mr. Elgindy continued to go to that region? The "Findings of Fact and Order of Detention" states that Mr. Elgindy went to Kosovo and Macedonia one or two times per year.
