Jer,

No argument that Gold is on a high poll. However to assume gold has had a fake breakout or does not have more to go assumes a lot.
It assumes that the dollar won't fall further, that Terrorists won't attack, and that the world peace will take over from this warlike environment.
I am skeptical that any of the above will occur any time soon.
I see gold just coming out of a 20 year bear market and like Japan, nothing stays down forever.
Huge buyers of gold in Asia and the middle east.
