What in the world are you talking about?

You say:
Against these things your contention that:

- the alleged loan (that we know will never be repaid) by some mysterious no-address venture company in return for shares should be called revenue

- but payment for shares is not revenue

You still do not understand that proceeds from a loan is not revenue. It makes no difference whether the loan is repaid or not.
