Heh, these guys are almost as inefficient and difficult as the federal government. Ask me about my difficulties obtaining DSL last year.

Luckily for me, I live in apartments and I'm mobile. If I live in a place that gets crappy broadband, I can easily move to a place where it is better. How about the rest of you who are more settled down? Aren't you guys at the whim of The Powers That Be when it comes to broadband?

My fundamental question is this: Is it possible to foster more competition in the market for broadband? How?
