Howdy jpgill! Sounds like all is well on the western front! You said, "The firm is doing very well, with big plans for the next 1,3,5 and 10 years. All we have to do is execute (as if that weren't enough!)." Excellent. At least you have plans... short, intermediate and long range. I see many businesses fail because they had no plans at all, just like investors that have no plan. Can't execute squat without a plan. You know how dogmatic I am about having a plan for just about everything and then having the guts and discipline to execute it. Happy that the new Firm is moving along. Congratulations! RR
