He borrowed waaaay too much. This is a kid who used to work for me, brilliant tech but also a real wheeler-dealer, calls me last year to tell me he's sold his stock, has $1 million, and proceeds to buy toys, cars, a plane, and the big manse. Dumb, I told him. Here's the kicker: he's 24 years old ... Well, it's not like he's nearing retirement ! The biggest shock for these folks is that taxes bite y ou, if you aren't frugal, you get bit twice.
