Even if I accept that information, where's the capital to build? Capital is flowing out of this sector at a stunning pace; I see no profitable models (at least in the market today) that will bring it back for a few years... That pig of a debt burden has to be digested - that will be an ugly, time-consuming process, imho. Many more billions to be lost before ANY growth can be found! Rob
