FED TALK: Fed rate hike expectations are meaningfully changed again today. The Fed is now not expected to initiate its rate hike cycle until November 6th; odds of a hike on September 24th have slipped to 45% (was 80% on Wednesday). Odds of hike in August are at just 30%.
