Hi Carolyn

I'm not knocking WIND (and I'm really not being critical of your primary point, see below). However, I am suggesting that Intel's choice of WIND's RTOS had nothing to do with any comparison made by Intel of WIND's product vs. RSYS's product.

But, I certainly agree that WIND and RSYS are not competitors. As a matter of fact, they both will probably prosper together.

As for what motivates Intel, let's not get into that. I'm no lover of Intel, and we can leave it at that.

My annoyance at what's going on is the following: This is a RSYS thread. Those of us who follow it have obviously bought the company, are interested in it, or, God forbid, have sold it short. If I'm all that interested in WIND, I'll go to that thread. (Likewise, with SBSE.)

To the extent that WIND and/or SBSE hurts or helps RSYS, the info is relevant here and I certainly welcome your comments in that regard.

Love n' stuff.

Burt, the pussycat
