Are you daft? Where's your logic? You say Bush is free to correct Clinton's failures? Gimme a break, you've not touched my point. At worst Bush's policy didn't alter the thinking of the terrorists who planned the attack, so far as we know, what-so-ever. You have offered no evidence at all to indicate that anything about Bush's policy altered anything for the worse at all, save your assertion which itself flies in the face of the fact that what was done was planned under a presumably different policy. But if Bush failed to alter Clinton's policies, as you NOW suggest, then in fact there is clearly nothing new arising from his presence in office that would make him, as a Republican, any more culpable than Clinton.
