Has anyone, besides myself, been flipping NXTL when it hits 4.30 to 4.50 and buying back again below 3.70?

This seems to be happening with regularity for the past 3 months or so. One day the wireless sector won't recover for 3 to + blah blah quarters ---- 4 days later Nokia and/or whomever announces the bottom.
