You are talking reality with more twists and turns than the yellow brick road. You are speaking of Galtech paying for the loan with cash and shares. I am speaking of the loan proceeds which you unwittingly referred to as revenue. I will tell you once again that loaned cash is not revenue in accounting terms or common terms.
