My prediction is Japan and S. Korea will reach the championship final after eliminating Germany Brazil and Italy etc.. Just kidding :o)

I did not have a chance to watch Japan's games in this world cup so far. I watched them in the last world cup. Only one Japanese player(I forgot his name) gave me some good impression, but the whole team was just so so last time. My feeling is S. Korea is still a better team. I'll see, after both teams show up more later.

You make good points about refereeing. A referee needs to make sure players play according the rules, at the same time to make sure a game is played in a competitive, fair and enjoyable way.
