The last two days have been some of the most most unusual days for extreme volatility I've seen in a long time.

Thursday: there was a gap during the morning session with the Dow rising and then plop straight down. It all happened in less than 15 minutes.

Friday: it started straight down. FSVLX was off over 83 cents in less than 2 hrs. The whole market showed red. But then it began to climb back and FSVLX wound up in the black, and the market instead of being down over 200 was only down 28.

Talk about storms. It's nice to see the REITS holding as well as some bond and closed end funds. This is a prosac (not prosaic)time alright. Any day traders around yet??

Looking at the new highs and new lows, I'm taking off for a fishing trip.
