Hey, since the Jordanians allegedly hate us, wouldn't that make the locally popular Hashemite restoration in Syria and Iraq a little problematic? I take it Lewis finds that dislike for the local government overrides Al Jareeza and all the other "Arab Mind" things that cause the unwashed Arab masses to be victims of incorrect thought. So all we got to do is get the Arab governments that like us to dislike us, and we'll win the battle for hearts and minds. Maybe we could forward those pesky pro-American governments copies of random messages from this thread.
