James, My online files of GTRs are incomplete. I've located the the August, 2001 issue with Gilder touting XLA, a Caymans company and a disaster for subscribers. Sorry, couldn't come up with the quote on his flying over to the island with the MRVC chap. Will see if I can find anything in hard copy. -R.
