It's not a matter of "wanting" in the sense I am consuming something. For consumption implies a sense of claim or control.
What we simple "delight" in being in conjunction or communion with would be a better way of understanding this.
The "delight" of helping, serving, sharing and being with others is pointing to an essence - ie. energy - which supports this path. And the Love of our Lord is this essence, this "energy", which is at the core of all existence.
So "receiving and sharing" more and more of our Lord's love is it!!
The Lord's love doesn't seek to consume, claim or control anything. Freedom and risk are natural building blocks. In order to receive his love we must be completely open to sharing it with others and the universe in general. In effect we have to be an "open" conduit for his energy, light and love - ie. a lighthouse.
And for the umpteenth time - and I know you probably roll your eyes and turn upside down when I include this - we cannot claim to control or own any itty bitty aspect of this FREE energy, light and love. For if we do we "invert", the lights go out and the backdrop fades to black and we become insane egoic torch-bearers mimicking and serving the black hole matrix of this world of limits, definitions, labels, conditons, restrictions, claims and controls.
Thus we go back into "our" Wizard of Oz egoic Castles and even without knowing it we instantly go inside and go into communion/conjunction with every other Wizard of Oz egoic Castle which drives the matrix that's antithetically opposed to the Lord's FREE love which is the bedrock of the universe.
