It's 2002 and the SEC garbage wants CEO's to actually sign off on and vouch for the bunk they file at the garbage and never gets read by the garbage? In Freakin' Credible. Not. Here's a novel idea. Lock up some of the worst garbage and hang the current and next to current heads of the SEC garbage. Now; that would boost confidence. Stop kissing the arse af the mob and Officer Friendly its property. If you can sentence 17-year olds to death and even wake up the defense attorney for the sentencing, hanging mob owners of the Govt. plus some of the garbage it has in charge of overseeing the orderly and organized fleecing of investors - shouldn't be a huge problem.
