Yes Investor I see. Hence in some other thread I had mentioned that with the departure of the Pakistani Foreign Minister, Abdul Sattar he, Musharraf is showing some success in dealing with the extremists. I understand that his life is in danger and that he is being heavily protected by US intelligence. I also understand that the reason he pushed for a referendum was to not only tell the world but also to the extremists in Pakistan that he has the support of the nation.

So I sincerely hope that he succeeds and also that the Indian govt. should assist the US in ensuring that success. I am pleased to see it going in that direction. The Karachi bombing yesterday was done to embarass him in front of the world community with whom he is trying to emerge as a peacemaker. Thsi is very similar to the situation between Arafat and the Hamas/Islamic Jihad. As Arafat tries to strike a peace deal, they try to pull the rug under him through suicide bombings. Interesting that lately we do not hear any such suicide bombings from the Al Aqsa brigade which is an offshoot of Arafat's PLO.
