My patent expert wants to buy. My old buddy who is a patent atty, was w IBM, teaches patent law etc, etc, happened to call me today. I "briefed him" on what is going on. He said he still had not opened a brokerage acct but will devote a lunch hour to get it done so he can finally get in on GIFT. He studied the patent, knows the Markman hearing before the judge is coming up, Freeney testifying, etc. I'm a believer in the validity of the patent. BUY ZONE is here! Mel
