My net access (right now) is still dial up on one machine with Wingate doing the ICS. If a gateway wont fool the system, can my PC handle two NICs at once?

If you can't install 2 NICs in one PC You can use a product like SyGate to make one NIC function as two. See message 13197 in this thread for an explanation. I checked WinGate's web site and I couldn't find any information saying it has similar capability. With the SyGate one NIC approach all of your PCs and your broadband connection are connected to either a hub or switch. Only one cable runs between the hub and the computer that is running SyGate.
