it was an analogy... Harvey Pitt...was (if I'm correct) and attorney who got PHAT pocketed Wallstreet guys OFF from SEC and NASD investigations. He was then hired as top dog enforcer for the SEC. in RE to MLB, it would be similar to hiring the drug addicts to control the drug policy.....much like the SEC did has done with Mr. Pitt... Look up NY Yankees to read about the two drug offenders I mentioned. another one would be to hire a drunk to run your bar while you leave on vacation....
