If this is the case, it is an unsupported assertion. Where can I verify this claim other than through 3rd and 4th order word of mouth? Should I accept the stock appeal-to-authority response that is given every time I question this claim?

BTW, I'm not questioning Richebacher's knowledge or experience, just the credibility of this claim.
