I happened to find these two postings ( some of the content has not been posted, in order to protect the source) on RB, about "18 months" ago. These postings were directed to Tony and certain members of his "crew": OT:..BEWARE.... RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) (18 U.S.C. Sections 1961-681982 & Supp. 1111985) and CCE (Continuing Criminal Enterprises Act) (21 U.S.C. Section 848 1982 & Supp. 111 1985)..... OT:...FOLLOW-UP... RlCO's maximum criminal penalties include a $25,000 fine and imprisonment for 20 years. In addition, violations shall be punished by forfeiture to the U.S. of all properties and interests, as broadly described, which are related to the violations. (18 U.S.C. Section 1963a 1982). Civil penalties under RICO include the awarding of treble damages and attorney's fees to the successful plaintiff. (18 U.S.C. Section 1964 a & c 1982). I guess someone was on the right track then, and just methodically built a case. Now that is what you call tenacity. Deep pockets and a will to get even, prevailed!! And as some of you suggest, it is not jumping on the bandwagon because Tony baby is incarcerrated. RICO was an issue more than 18 months ago!!!! Now how is that for a prediction, someone went short on Tony 18 months ago! LOL We luv ya Tony baby!
