Hi Ben What part of Maryland are you from, when i was in the service many years ago my area was Rockvile. I also spent 11 years in Fed. gov. and my resp. was with navy at Crystal CITY ACROSS FROM WASH D C.

SOLOMAN BROTHERS recently came out with a strong buy on June 24 at a target price of 33.00 a share, they said the PHII strengths "will ultimately result in sustainable high- grouth , high octain returns" Also Smith Barney came out again and reenforced their position for the low thirties.Based on the the dow upward movement it could be sooner then the end of the year. The company well announce their 2nd quarter earnings very shortly. So climb aboard.
