The movements in the dollar could the real key for this market near term. Dollar index has been holding at just above 110; last week it seemed to have found support even while the markets have been sliding...that is a change I observed last week.

I am convinced that something has to happen near term with the dollar...and its impact will be felt in the stock market. At this point, looking to increase my long bet but could change my mind very quickly depending upon what I see with the bonds and dollar. The market move could be explosive...and a reasonable way to play this may just be buying the stocks with some cheap puts as a hedge. (I think)

Going into the week 35% cash.
