Marvin Goodfriend he be know friend of mine. Pass that as a law and i am ready for the second Boston Tea party, a second revolution:) Fortunately the idea is so revolting it will go no place.
Next you know they will put a body tax on a person. If it is found you use it too long you have to pay a heavy tax to continue living (not to pay the tax will be a mandatory death penalty because living too long would have been degreed as detrimental to the economy unless those who do live pay up, big time)---this is called horror sci-fi.
