Since I'm posting here, might as well do one on-topic and to the point of the question asked in the topic name.

Is he or isn't he? Beats me. I'm not even remotely qualified to answer that one and wouldn't vote on it as I don't have all the facts.

However, Tony busted the chops of a lot of really bad people and it wouldn't surprise me terribly if he used underhanded or even illegal means to do so. Does that make it alright? No, not in my opinion.

This is just as condemning of the system as it is of Tony, though. A lot of people would still be stealing millions from the public who aren't stealing from them now, thanks to his efforts. The FBI knew the CEO of a public company was a convicted felon yet did nothing about it? Ummmm... Who do they work for? Whose interests do they protect? How many real scams has the SEC shut down? How many haven't they?

IMO, the problem isn't Tony. The problem is systemic. And how does the government try to address its own problem? By trying to tie him in with 9/11.

Whether he's guilty or not, I'm far more disgusted by the agencies of our own government than I would be by even the worst Tony's accused of.

Really nice to know that if you're a smart guy and amass a fortune because of it, the government can just swoop right in and rob you of every cent of it (likely leaving you financially incapable of mounting an appropriate defense) if they disapprove of how you made part of it.

My rah-rah patriotism ain't what it used to be.
