Re: "All administrators should be fired and someone else put in charge."

I just have to add my 2 cents on this one, too. School districts all over the country are searching high and low, right now, for qualified school administrators. It's easier to find a nuclear physicist to design a rocket to Mars than an assistant principal at a junior high in an urban school district.

Call your local school district tomorrow and ask to speak to the superintendent. Ask him if he has all the principals and assistant principals he needs for when the new school year begins in August or September. The first thing you'll hear is a laugh.

What is the "occupational expectancy" for an assistant principal these days? About two years?

So if you want to fire 'em all and put someone else in charge, good luck and good hunting.
