It's difficult times for everybody. BTW, what you're looking at,is 2002 budget. The 2003 budget proposal (where 2,5% growth is anticipated, lower interest rates etc) is coming out today.

In any case the great picture of the red-green government is no new debt by 2004. So far it seems to work (a drop by 5 Beuro in this new budget compared to 2002), but, as in any other case, it's a question, if the assumptions made to reach these goals will hold.
