You read it wrong.

Whatever A@P did, he wasn't looking to rape the mom and pop investors. From what I can see, he was looking to sheer the folks that would truly intend to sheer the mom and pop sheep, as you call them. There is an old adage that you can't pull a con on an honest man. Conversely, a dishonest and greedy man can be conned easily. Think of the pyramid schemes and you will understand what is being said.

Take most OTC:BB stocks. Basically worthless crap that is touted as the next greatest thing.

Here's a great OTC:BB stock:

This one is unusual because it actually shows some financial information. But still 12 times revenues with a book value of -$3.46. Who would ever do anything but suggest that this is a sell? Clearly a POS.

Now go ahead and try and paint me as an A@P defender. I want to have some fun.
