Depends on what part of the market you are talking to. Now for me, I trade options and this is a wonderful environment. And as for my mutual fund, I had my money in money-markets up until last summer so I am now averaging down! Since the money is invested in value oriented stocks, I am not worried about the problems with the speculative issues.
