I've worked with MSFT "partners" in the past. They no longer exist because MSFT saw fit to develop their "partner" technology in house and then drive the company out of business.
This is a fairly common outcome of MSFT "partnerships". They may create millionaires, especially within their own rank and file. But they also bankrupt thousands as well.
