CR,

I'm sorry to say that I cannot give you anything fundamental in nature, such as how well (or not) CDMA is doing or how handsets are selling. What I can say is that the technical pressures, which to me LEAD the fundamentals, are saying that the stock will continue to be under huge selling pressure. I have been mentioning this stock for months along with the likes of AOL and VRSN. VRSN of course was way ahead of the pack with its breakdown two months ago, but yet all in the context of the same time frame (qtrly). That is why I mentioned that I believe stocks shouldn't give us that "headfake" rally prior to the next quarter simply because stocks like QCOM can finish this quarter, by resolving its multi-week consolidation pattern by breaking to its previous trend - which is DOWN. Even if QCOM can manage to hang at this level, any close below 31.03 (end of month) would be my first clue that the the big break will come next qtr. A close above that and then,,,,,,let's just say that it always pays to be flexible. Time will tell.

Profitable trading
