Theo,

I received notice of the mandatory exchange of certificates from
Holladay Transfer. I use Fidelity as my broker. I called and checked on the exchange with them. They had received notice of the mandatory exchange and had already sent the certificates in for the exchange. I do not keep my certificates because I hold the stock in my IRA and understand if I call in my certificates it will be treated as a withdrawel from my IRA account and become taxable.

I also had called Prima last week. They wanted to know just for
general info what I was averaged at. I told them none of their business, that it was not a discussable item. At that time I asked
if there was any more news releases since the July 1st release and was told that was the latest.
