Inflamed testicle...Camacho (Spain's coach) used all three of his substitutes in normal time and when Ireland equalised in the 90th minute bad luck served to leave Spain down to 10 men for the whole of extra-time, as David Albelda was taken to the hospital with an inflamed testicle. That has got to hurt!
