Isn't the greatest American right of all the right to stand up on a soapbox and say most any stupid thing you want to?

No. Its not. None of the rights we enjoy are completely unfettered. And those rights must be exercised responsibly, ESPECIALLY in a time when our country is at war and our servicemen and women are exposed to the enemy. No one may yell "fire" in a crowded theater. The law does not protect libel or slander... That's the whole point. That's the trouble with too many demolib pinheads, too much emphasis on their "rights" and not enough on what is best for this country.
