Capex would normally be for fabs and equipment. The 13u process and the equipment would have been well spent. The 4 new fabs, without any demand in sight, probably not, unless Intel is having AMD size problems in getting bin splits. It would be unlikely Itanic will be a huge seller for awhile, and xscale could take some time also, so I don't see the demand for the fabs yet.
