"mostly foreign workers" Mostly Mexican is what you mean. They migrate back home in the winter and in the summer they jungle up to save money. A Union carpenter here makes 28 an hour non union half that. And at half you get just what you pay for. Guys that own hammers and couldn't cut a roof to save their lives. I seen quality work and I've seen crap. It's usually crap.
