Thanks for posting the PR. I just spoke with the company. The technical proposal / permit application has been drafted and should be finalized and delivered within the next couple of weeks. They'll probably be asked for further information or clarification before approval is considered, so I suppose it could be some time yet before that happens.

But it looks like this is the final step before the feasibility study -- and Bateman is still onside and able to generate the financing for that.

Still holding -- and much less pessimistic than a year ago! :^)
