How come you are such a dope?
And, if you think that me calling you a dope, means I am upset, then you are a prudish little wenchlike school marm that has no business on the internet.
Before you can address what comes beyond fraud, you got to fix the fraud you simpleton. What a stupid loser you are.
There are 25 federal agencies (including the SEC) that are not even required by law to prepare audited financial statements. The problem I have with your O'Neil quote posted earlier, is that it disagrees with the government's top auditor, U.S. Comptroller General David Walker, who says the agencies and departments of the federal government couldn’t properly account for the money each was entrusted with and, therefore, he couldn’t produce a legitimate consolidated financial statement. That means, in simple language, that the federal government can’t pass an audit.
This is unacceptable.
Until we have a government that can pass an audit, an audit that would let us know if in fact the money that supposed to go to MacDonalds ever even gets there, then it is an exercise in futility to discuss which programs are necessary. |
