The main problem with your analysis is in the methods you select to achieve it.

Cuba has a small gap between the rich and the poor.

Three questions:
1. What gap is ideal under your utopian model?
2. Should the highest wage earners have a cap? If so, what salary would the highest allowed under your system?
3. How would you enforce meeting the wage disparity goals, taxes, wage limit laws, or something else?
