SEC filing:

SEPR is going to give their employees a chance to hand in all of their options with a strike above $18/share, and will hand back one option at a strike of whatever the common stock is in late January 2003.

In other words, the executives have absolutely no incentive whatsoever to get the stock price up by January 2003. In fact, they have an incentive to drive the stock down when they receive their new grants.

This stock is dead money until then.
