Well I gotta weird problem .It seems simple but DELL support couldn't answer it and wanted to send me to advanced for $29 bucks.

I have no address bar never did. This computer is a coupla months old uses XP home addition. I've clicked on view,tools everything is checked .Gone into control panel add remove programs add remove windows components deleted windows explorer ( that's what I use ) and added it back again. Still no address bar....Suggestions?
